Camping
Festival camping is for many of us, a big part of the festival experience. What is, in any case, better than setting yourself up in a tent, barely a stone’s throw from both the town centre and the festival site.
We try and make the camping at Slottsfjell the best festival camping in the country, with everything on hand to enable the discerning festival goer to stay in safety and comfort during the festival.
The camping site this year will be based on last year’s but with a few interesting developments, all of last year’s facilities will be back, plus a bit more. The camping area is in Tønsberg’s finest park, Gunnarsbø-parken, and features a skate park, the Laidback Lounge, themed areas, food outlets and of course toilet facilities. You can find warm clean showers at the very nearby Tønsberg swimming pool. You never know, there may even be the odd impromptu gig. The area is of course protected by a fence and is for ticket holders only. We’ll be placing even more emphasis on making the camping experience as good as it can possibly be. More facilities and more fun. Join in!
